Why we specialize in the South Bay's old housing
When we started, most local plumbers were chasing new-construction dollars in Eastlake and Rancho San Diego. We took the opposite bet: the pre-1960 core of National City, Chula Vista, Lemon Grove, Coronado and Imperial Beach was full of homes running original galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drains, and Orangeburg sewer laterals — and those homes needed a plumber who understood them.
Sixteen years later, whole-house repipes, trenchless sewer replacement, and slab-leak reroutes are the majority of our work. We do them every week. When we quote a job on a 1957 Kimball Park bungalow, we are quoting from a hundred nearly identical jobs.
