By using plumbersnationalcityca.com or engaging South Bay Pro Plumbing of National City for plumbing services you agree to these terms.
Estimates & work orders
Estimates for planned work are provided in writing before any work begins. Diagnostic visits for active problems carry a flat trip charge that is waived if the recommended repair is approved and performed. All work is authorized in writing by the customer before it begins.
Warranty
Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is warrantied 1 year on repairs and up to 10 years on full-system installs (repipes, sewer replacements, water heaters) as noted on the invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from freezing, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless financing has been arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing available on qualifying jobs with approved credit.
Cancellation
Scheduled non-emergency appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice may incur a trip charge.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the claim. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages except as required by California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in San Diego County.
