How our three service tiers work
We dispatch every truck from our shop at 1010 W 19th St in National City. Response speed, service scope and same-day availability change with distance — here is what to expect at each tier before you book.
Tier 1 — South Bay Core
45-minute emergency target
National City, Chula Vista, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, and Lemon Grove. Full service including same-day water heater, tankless conversion, repipe, trenchless sewer, and slab-leak reroute. Night trucks stage here.
Tier 2 — East County
45–75 minute emergency window
Central San Diego, La Mesa, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Santee, Lakeside and the Mt. Helix / Alpine foothills. Same-day availability most days; camera-verified sewer work; permits pulled with San Diego County or the applicable city.
Tier 3 — Extended Service Area
Scheduled dispatch, planned response
South Riverside (Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Hemet, San Jacinto, Beaumont/Banning Pass) and the San Diego backcountry (Pine Valley, Idyllwild, Mount Laguna, border-country ranches). Real ETAs quoted before you book; weather and route conditions matter.
