What happens after you call

1. Live dispatcher picks up. Not a call center, not an AI. We ask what is leaking, where, and whether the water is off. Real ETA before you hang up.
2. Text confirmation. Technician name and photo texted to you, plus the truck's ETA. You know who is coming.
3. On-site diagnosis. Camera work on any sewer, meter/thermal/acoustic where hidden leaks are suspected. Written flat-rate estimate before any wall is opened.
4. Approved work only. No verbal add-ons, no surprise line items. Change-order rules in writing if concealed damage is found.
5. Permit & inspection. We pull the permit, schedule inspection, and hand you the closed record with the invoice.
6. Warranty on paper. 1 year on repairs, up to 10 years on full-system installs (repipes, sewer replacements, water heaters).

Before you call — a 60-second checklist

• Service address + nearest landmark. "8 blocks off Highland" or "near Kimball Park" helps route the truck faster.
• Symptom + duration. "Water on the garage floor for the last 20 minutes" is more useful than "leak somewhere."
• Shutoff status. Have you closed the fixture valve or main? If not, the dispatcher will walk you through it.
• Access notes. Gate code, dog in yard, tenant contact, HOA notice — anything that would slow the truck getting to the fixture.
• Insurance status. If you plan to file a claim, tell us up front so we document the way your adjuster will want it.
